This Sales Policy outlines the terms under which artworks by RawaForma are offered for sale via our website rawaforma.com and through direct communication.

By inquiring about or purchasing an artwork, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Nature of Sales

RawaForma Former is an independent, artist-run ceramic studio.

    •    All artworks are sold directly by the studio

    •    Sales are handled by direct inquiry only

    •    No automated online checkout is provided

    •    No user accounts or online payment systems are in place

All purchases are arranged personally via email or direct message.

2. Availability and Pricing

    •    Prices displayed on the website are indicative and apply to local purchases within the United Arab Emirates

    •    All prices are listed in local currency, unless otherwise stated

    •    Availability of artworks is subject to prior sale

We reserve the right to update prices or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Pickup Only – No Shipping

At this time:

    •    All artworks are available for studio pickup only

    •    No shipping services are offered, domestically or internationally

    •    Purchases are intended for local buyers within the UAE

Pickup details will be arranged individually after purchase confirmation.

4. Purchase Process

The purchase process is as follows:

    1.    You contact us via email or direct message regarding an artwork

    2.    Availability, price, and pickup details are confirmed personally

    3.    Payment and pickup are arranged directly with the studio

No contract is concluded until both parties have explicitly confirmed the sale.

5. Payment

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and timing are communicated individually during the purchase process.

We do not store payment information.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade ceramic artworks:

    •    All sales are final

    •    No returns or exchanges are offered unless the artwork is damaged at the time of pickup

Artworks should be inspected at pickup. Once the artwork has been collected, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

7. Artwork Characteristics

Each artwork is handmade and may contain:

    •    Natural variations in form, surface, or glaze

    •    Subtle marks inherent to the ceramic process

These characteristics are intentional and are not considered defects

8. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

    •    Refuse a sale at our discretion

    •    Limit purchases

    •    Withdraw artworks from sale at any time

9. Governing Law

This Sales Policy and all sales transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
